Stephen acts for people who have been seriously injured in an accident, supporting clients and their families from the moment they’re injured through to their recovery, rehabilitation and reaching their goals.

He specialises in claims worth over £25,000, ranging up to six-figure sums of money, and helps people who have been injured in many different types of problems, including accidents at work, road traffic accidents, and accidents on premises owned by other people, such as rented accommodation and supermarkets.

He also has particular expertise in claims involving serious fractures, brain injuries, nerve damage, chronic pain and psychological injuries including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and functional neurological disorder.

Stephen takes great pride in helping clients rebuild their lives, as he believes life doesn’t stop after a serious injury.

Often, the goals and outcomes every client wants are different, so he thinks it is important from the outset to ask a client what they want out of a case.

While compensation is always very important, some clients have other goals and needs, such as being able to get back to work as quickly as they can, accessing private medical treatment so they can fit this around their work, or getting back to the hobby they love, such as cycling but with special adaptations to their bike.

Stephen, who also manages a team of Solicitors, has successfully settled and recovered thousands of pounds of compensation for all the clients he has acted for over the last 30 years.
