As a specialist Disease Litigation Solicitor, Simon's job is to put together Personal Injury and Industrial Disease claims on behalf of clients.
Simon has particular expertise in respiratory disease litigation, Asbestos and Mesothelioma claims and litigation involving cases of Q-Fever (a bacterial disease usually resulting from close contact with animals).
Simon also has experience of conducting successful cases involving Repetitive Strain Injury, as well as other complex personal injury and disease litigation.
Simon joined Simpson Millar in June 2018 and brought with him 25 years’ post-qualification experience in Personal Injury and Disease Litigation.
He studied for his Law degree at North London University and passed his Law Society Final Exams to earn qualification as a Solicitor in 1994 at Chester College of Law.
