Sarah Warburton

Sarah is an Associate Solicitor within our Child Care department.

Professional Biography

Sarah graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a 2:1 in Law and achieved a distinction in her Legal Practice Course and Masters of Law (LLM).

Sarah joined Simpson Millar in 2022, following her qualification as a Solicitor. She has worked in family law since 2019, practicing in both Liverpool and Manchester and has a strong and established professional network to assist in supporting her clients across the North West and Merseyside.

She specialises in representing family members regarding their children, both in disputes with the local authority or between private family members.

Sarah works with parents and other family members in navigating the emotional world of family law and is an expert in advising those facing care proceedings.  Sarah also advises and supports survivors of domestic abuse, helping them to seek protection through the family courts.

Sarah strives to support families in their time of need, seeking to ease the anxieties around court proceedings for all her clients. Sarah has a wealth of experience in working with vulnerable clients and those facing allegations of harm.
