Sanah Iqbal is a Solicitor in our Medical Negligence department, based in our Manchester office.
Professional Biography
Sanah completed her LLB at the University of Leeds, followed by her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP Leeds. During her studies, she was involved in “The Innocence Project”, an internationally accredited programme focused on reviewing wrongful criminal convictions.
Post-Qualification, Sanah initially handled noise-induced hearing loss claims, gastric illness claims, and general personal injury cases before specialising in clinical negligence.
In her day-to-day role at Simpson Millar, Sanah manages a diverse range of clinical negligence cases, guiding them from start to finish. Her expertise covers a wide spectrum of claims, including brain and spinal injuries, amputations, stroke, birth-related incidents, misdiagnoses, negligent surgeries, orthopaedic issues, cancer cases, cases involving GP negligence and psychiatric injury.
