Sadaf holds an LLB Honours degree from Manchester University and is currently completing her SQE (Solicitors Qualifying Examination)
In her daily work, Sadaf is involved in the general management of Court of Protection deputyship cases. This includes conducting annual client visits, reviewing benefits, and collaborating with a range of professionals, such as social workers, case managers, investment advisors, accountants, estate agents, architects, surveyors, and medical experts. Her role is integral in ensuring the smooth handling of each case and the well-being of the clients.
With over 7 years of experience, Sadaf specialises in all aspects of Court of Protection work. She is especially skilled in managing the financial, health, and personal welfare aspects for clients of different ages and backgrounds who can't manage their own affairs due to mental incapacity. She is also skilled in handling Lasting Powers of Attorney, Personal Injury Trusts, and Trust Administration.
Sadaf's interest in law comes from her desire to help clients who have suffered serious injuries. She takes great satisfaction in assisting and guiding those who need help, especially in understanding and dealing with their legal and personal challenges. She uses her legal expertise and caring approach to provide effective and tailored support to her clients. Sadaf is also multilingual, fluent in English, Danish, Urdu, and Punjabi, which enables her to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
