Professional Biography
Ruby achieved her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Upper Second-Class Honours (2:1) from the University of the West of England in 2022. Her journey in the legal field began with her role as a Paralegal in the Industrial Disease team at Simpson Millar. Here, Ruby supports Solicitors in advancing cases and assists clients in securing compensation for industrial disease claims.
Her day-to-day responsibilities include the preparation of legal documents and communication with clients for the creation of statements, Claim Notification Forms, and other pertinent legal documents. Ruby's expertise is particularly concentrated in asbestos-related claims, including Mesothelioma, Asbestosis, Lung Cancer, and Pleural Thickening. She also specialises in cases involving Vibration White Finger, Repetitive Strain Injury, and Occupational Asthma.
