He effectively manages difficult situations with clients and families, always remaining calm, consistent, and positive. His previous roles have given him valuable expertise in dealing with complex family situations and organisational challenges, which is crucial for his work in the Court of Protection.
In his day-to-day role, Pete focuses on supervising, mentoring, and overseeing the tasks of Paralegals and Legal Administrators within the Court of Protection, Property & Affairs team. His responsibilities include making Deputyship applications, setting up Personal Injury Trusts under Solicitor supervision, and managing the communication and relationship-building efforts with clients and their families. Pete also manages the record keeping of income and expenditures for client and deputyship accounts, alongside the general administration of Personal Injury Trusts and Deputyships.
After transitioning from a career in the NHS, Pete found his calling in the Court of Protection legal sector.
