Nicola Darlington

Nicola is a Partner at Simpson Millar.

She began working for Simpson Millar LLP in 2008 as a Paralegal, and was admitted to the roll of Solicitors in September 2014. She then became an Associate of the firm in 2017, a Senior Associate in 2018 and was promoted to Partner in 2020.

Nicola also has more than 10 years’ experience of working on personal injury claims, including complex accident at work, public liability and holiday accident claims.

Nicola’s primary role is as part of the central management team working directly for the Managing Partner and CEO Greg Cox. Nicola is also the Training Principal at Simpson Millar, as such she manages the Trainees within the firm and is responsible for the intake of Trainee Solicitors into the business. 

During her time at Simpson Millar, Nicola completed both her Law Degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC) part-time at Manchester Metropolitan University.
