Professional Biography

Lauren graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law with International Business, achieving an upper second-class honours (2:1) in 2021. She continued her studies to complete an LPC with an incorporated masters, graduating in 2024. Lauren joined Simpson Millar in February 2023, marking her entry into the legal profession. Since joining, she has been dedicated to assisting clients in obtaining the compensation they deserve for accidents and illnesses experienced abroad.

In her daily role, Lauren is responsible for preparing essential legal documentation, including court bundles, pleadings, and instructions. She liaises regularly with courts, clients, experts, barristers, and Solicitors on various legal matters. Her duties also include attending court sessions, conducting thorough legal research, and performing a range of administrative tasks such as arranging conferences, managing communications, and taking notes during meetings. Lauren is committed to keeping clients well-informed about the progress of their cases, reviewing medical records, and summarising large amounts of information to ensure clarity and precision in case management.
