Kuda Marere

As a Legal Advisor in our Personal Injury department, Kuda works closely with clients to support them in their claims process from end to end, providing expert legal advice. He helps to arrange medical appointments, draft court papers and liaise with barristers and insurers.

He has over 5 years’ experience working on Personal Injury claims, and over 5 years’ experience with Road Traffic Accident claims. During this time, he has managed to settle several difficult claims and a high number of claims involving injuries to children. At the moment, he is assisting people who have had accidents at work or in public places.

Kuda studied Civil Litigation as part of his university degree, which broadened his knowledge about personal injury claims. He then went on to study Law, where he wanted to help clients from different backgrounds. Kuda is passionate about working in the litigation process and enjoys the challenges of Personal Injury claims.
