As an Associate Solicitor within our Medical Negligence team, Kelly represents clients who have suffered as a result of negligence by a medical professional.
Having worked in the area of Medical Negligence for over 10 years, Kelly has advised on a wide range of claims including:
Kelly can also assist with claims against GPs, including cases where a patient has not been referred for necessary further investigation or has received a misdiagnosis.
With her experience of Medical Negligence law, Kelly understands that these types of claims can be difficult to deal with. She likes to make sure that her clients feel that they can reach out any time to discuss their claim, ask questions and receive straightforward responses.
Kelly can represent clients under a Legal Aid contract or through a No Win, No Fee agreement.
Kelly is a Swimming Teachers’ Association (STA) and Swim England qualified swimming instructor and teaches people of all ages. She is also a British Triathlon Federation (BTF) qualified triathlon coach.
Kelly also loves spending time outdoors, especially walking long distances with her energetic collie.
