Jonathan Cloudsdale is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our Military department, based in our Manchester office.
Professional Biography
Jonathan completed his Law with Psychology degree at the University of Central Lancashire in 2012, followed by his Legal Practice Course at the same institution in 2013. He was admitted as a Solicitor in January 2017. Over the years, Jonathan has developed substantial expertise within the Military Law sector, focusing on a range of sensitive issues affecting service personnel and veterans. His main areas of expertise include Military Noise-Induced Hearing Loss claims, Cancer caused by service, bullying and harassment claims, Military Medical Negligence claims, and Military Accident claims. He has secured 6 figure settlements for clients whilst guiding, advising and keeping them informed throughout the process.
In his daily role, Jonathan works collaboratively with colleagues to advocate for service personnel and veterans, guiding them through the complexities of their claims against the Ministry of Defence (MOD). His work involves managing all stages of the claims process to ensure that his clients receive the compensation they deserve.
Jonathan was drawn to Personal Injury Law out of a desire to assist people during their most challenging times. He is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those who have served their country, ensuring they receive justice and appropriate compensation for their injuries and suffering.
