Joli Prifti

Joli was a Conveyancing Assistant in our Manchester office before she stated her Training Contract in October 2020.

Her role involves liaising with clients, estate agents, Solicitors and lenders. She also carries out and checks pre-contract and pre-completion searches, obtains and checks Land Registry documents and drafts and issues contract papers.

Joli’s other responsibilities include dealing with enquiries on sales files, obtaining redemption figures, chasing up and monitoring release of funds, exchanging contracts, handling completions, submitting online SDLT and dealing with notice fees.

She prides herself on providing a high level of client care at all times.

Joli joined Simpson Millar in July 2018 as a member of the New Business Team dealing with new Personal Injury and Road Traffic Accident enquiries.

This involved collating detailed and accurate information to progress claims effectively, completing risk assessments with clients and working with them in an empathetic and supportive way.

Prior to joining Simpson Millar, Joli graduated from the University of Salford with a First Class Honours LLB (Hons) Law degree in 2018. She also gained a Distinction in her LPC and LLM from the University of Law in 2020.
