Jacqueline is a Serious Injury Paralegal working in our Personal Injury Team. She helps people who have experienced life changing injuries as a result of a serious accident, these are usually Road Traffic Accidents or Accidents at Work.
Specialising in serious and catastrophic injuries such as brain injury, spinal injury and amputation, Jacqueline has worked for three years on Personal Injury matters at Simpson Millar. Her role involves preparing court documents, meeting with clients and witnesses, drafting statements and instructing experts.
Jacqueline has worked in the legal sector since October 2016. Before joining Simpson Millar, she worked in Family Law and has in depth knowledge of divorce, care proceedings, adoption and Court of Protection matters. Jacqueline has also briefly assisted on immigration issues.
In her spare time, Jacqueline enjoys music and singing and she also likes to travel.
She has two children and lives in Manchester where she supports a number of nearby charities including Droylsden and Audenshaw Crimewatchers, We Shall Overcome in Tameside and Finding Rainbows baby loss support.
