What Our Clients Think of Ffion

  • "An excellent service from Ffion Davies. Although outcomes are never guaranteed, it helps when working with a solicitor if they are able to clearly explain the relevant processes and the steps you will have to follow in lay terms. We engaged Ffion Davies in a matter relating to education and her communication was clear and concise. We felt supported throughout, Ffion's approach was practical and pragmatic, and her expertise was clear and reassuring. Ultimately we got the result we needed, although I feel that we were prepared for all eventualities. Fee structures were clear and transparent, and overall a wholly positive experience - we would have no hesitation to recommend both Ffion and Simpson Millar."

  • "Thanks to the hard work and professionalism of Ffion Davies at Simpson Millar, I was able to avoid going to Tribunal for my son’s ECHP. Ffion took my case on at very short notice, and worked closely and relentlessly with the Local Authority to get all of my son’s SEND support in place. She also kept me informed of each step along the way, carefully explaining issues and case law that were key to resolving this matter. Thanks to Ffion I now have a very comprehensive EHCP and EOTAS package in place for my son. This is nothing short of a miracle, and I could not have achieved any of this without her. I am very grateful for her services and advice through this very difficult process. I highly recommend her services, worth her weight in gold!"
