Professional Biography
Eve graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2019 with a degree in Classics. Following this, she got a Master’s degree in Law (Conversion) from BPP University, graduating in 2020. She was awarded the Dean of the Law School full-fee scholarship for academic achievement.
Eve initially joined Simpson Millar as a Paralegal in the Public Law & Human Rights team in August 2020. In July 2023, she took up her current role as a Solicitor Graduate in the Public Law department, with a current focus on Education & Children’s Rights. In her day-to-day role, Eve handles a variety of cases including community care, judicial review cases, and Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND) Tribunal appeals. She has experience representing vulnerable children and adults, such as victims of trafficking and unaccompanied child asylum seekers.
Before joining Simpson Millar, Eve volunteered as a researcher for non-profit law firm Commons’ report into the impact of the ‘nationality requirement’ policy on the racialisation and fairness of criminal law proceedings. She also provided legal advice at BPP University’s pro bono housing advice clinic.

Eve was part of the team representing a Claimant in the landmark Court of Appeal case MD & Anor v Secretary of State for the Home Department.
