Professional Biography

Emma graduated with a 2:1 Bachelor of Laws degree from Kingston University in 1990 and completed her Law Society Finals at the University of the West of England in 1991. She was admitted as a Solicitor in October 1993 and has since developed a specialisation in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence. Emma is highly experienced in preparing liability and quantum (the assessment of compensation) witness statements for a range of claims, including those involving brain and spinal injuries, and other complex cases.

Emma's daily responsibilities are tailored to supporting other team members. Her tasks include drafting client witness statements, reviewing medical reports, preparing advisory letters, and drafting schedules of Special Damages. Although Emma's role focuses on keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, she maintains direct client contact through correspondence and calls. She also collaborates closely with her colleague, Darren Conway, providing support on a variety of cases within the Medical Negligence department.

Emma finds great satisfaction in her work, particularly in assisting individuals who have suffered injuries through no fault of their own. She is known for her approachability and commitment to providing a compassionate service during challenging times. Emma takes pride in making a meaningful, positive impact on the lives of her clients.
