Deanne Salmon

As a Paralegal in our Medical Negligence Team, Deanne supports Solicitors in the department and ensures the case files we handle are run smoothly from beginning to end.

Deanne manages the team’s Court Diary and makes sure all limitation dates, Court dates and Court directions are recorded and reminders are set. She also has a strong understanding and experience of the Court process, the documents needed and the importance of complying with Court deadlines.

During the time she’s worked with the Medical Negligence Team, Deanne has assisted on numerous high value cases including Brain Damage and Pregnancy and Childbirth negligence claims.

Deanne is confident in issuing and serving Court proceedings, preparing Court orders and completing other Court documents as cases move towards trial. She is also responsible for arranging conferences with medical experts and Counsel.
