Dawn Rose

Dawn is a Practice Development Lawyer in our Legal Processing Unit and a specialist in all areas of personal injury, including road traffic accidents, accidents in a public place, accidents at work and Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) claims.

Her role is to provide qualified technical support to the department with a view to ensuring consistent best practice across the LPU.

She carries out checks and audits to improve and maintain standards, to identify training needs and upskill staff with appropriate and focused training, with the overall aim of driving efficiencies and to improve competencies and quality across the department.

Dawn ensures complaints are handled consistently, with a view to driving excellent client care and retention. She also liaises with the department head and team leaders to make sure that the support offered by the role releases their time to more actively manage their teams.

She has varied experience of dealing with a broad range of personal injury claims and brings many years of experience to the table at both Fast and Multi Track Cases. Her role places best practice at the forefront so as to better and more consistently deliver excellent client care.
