Chrissy Lightfoot

Chrissy has almost two decades’ experience of working on some of the most complex Family Law cases at top tier firms. She supports our leadership team on a day to day basis dealing with high value finance and contested children cases, as well as working on behalf of her own clients.

She is knowledgeable, calm and incredibly efficient, which is why clients feel at ease in her hands.

Chrissy’s recent successes include:

• Helping a father who was accused of raping his estranged wife to have the allegations dismissed and his time with their children reinstated to a high level of shared care.
• Supporting a mother who was a victim of domestic abuse and coercive control secure Findings against her former partner, resulting an order for no direct contact between the father and child.
• Settlement of a case involving complex pension structures and issues of material non-disclosure.

Chrissy also works closely with our Fixed Fee delivery team, where the parties are in agreement about the way forward in relation to divorce and financial issues and simply need support with the paperwork.
