Every two years, all law firms are required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to collect diversity data from their colleagues. This data is shared with the SRA, and where appropriate, published in line with the SRA's conditions.
Although this is a specific SRA requirement, Simpson Millar fully support the gathering of this information as it will not only help the SRA encourage a strong, diverse and effective legal profession, it will also help us benchmark the diversity of our firm against others.
We thank all colleagues who completed this year's SRA Diversity Survey as the results will give us an accurate view of the diversity of our people, which will help shape our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion agenda.
